Troubleshooting
Inaccurate location information
When you decide where to plant the flower, you may see a location that is significantly different from its actual location. This usually happens when there is not enough time to detect the location, or in an environment where it is difficult to detect the location.
Try the following:
Extend the area within which you can set the location
When you decide where to plant the flower, extend the area by tapping on the map.
FLORIZING after a while
If the time taken to take photos (or record a voice) is short as a few seconds, go to the screen to decide where to plant the flower after a while.
The app is waiting to get more accurate location information.
Improve accuracy (Android only)
Open the Settings app of your phone and tap Location.
Tap DETAILS.
Tap Locating method and set High accuracy.
(Depending on your phone, Locating method may not be available)
Tap Improve accuracy and turn on the switch on the right side of the Wi-Fi scanning.
When the flowers do not open even if you visit their Viewing Area
Content may not be displayed when your Internet connection is not stable. If you do not have an Internet connection problem, please see below.
The app is running in the Viewing Area
The location service of your phone may be turned off or you may not have allowed the permission to access location information. In this case, the app will suggest a solution.
If you are traveling at high speed by vehicle, go to and tap to detect the location information more actively than usual.
The battery may be low or it may have failed to detect location information depending on your surroundings. In this case, include a place that is comparatively easy to detect location information in the Viewing Area.
The app is not running in the Viewing Area (Android)
We can help you open the flowers by estimating your path, even if the app is not running. However, since the app checks the location information intermittently, please run the app in the Viewing Area for the flower you want to open.
The app is not running in the Viewing Area (iOS)
If the permission to access location information is set to "While Using", you cannot open flowers while the app is not running. If you set it to "Always", we can help you open flowers without running the app.
(To set it to "Always")
Go to your iPhone's Settings and tap Florizing app.
Tap Location, and set it to "Always".
When you cannot FLORIZE photos or voice
The app asks your phone for the location information needed to FLORIZE while taking pictures or recording voice. If location information is not detected for a certain amount of time, unfortunately, you cannot FLORIZE the story created at that time. However, photos and voice are automatically saved as a draft so you can save them to your phone later.
